We have spent years helping families find their home on the Costa Blanca, and we noticed something: many of our clients and neighbours want to stay in touch without commercial pressure. The Team Picou Club is exactly that — a simple way to keep in touch, with useful things we share and nothing else. No spam. No hidden commissions. Just community.

Is it really free?
Yes, the Team Picou Club is 100% free. No fees, no fine print.
Do I have to be a current Team Picou client?
No. The Club is open to the whole Costa Blanca community: neighbours, friends, owners, non-owners. If you love the area, you are welcome.
What about my data?
We only use it to send you Club info. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties. Every email/WhatsApp has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Do I have to refer anyone?
Not at all. Some members just come to the events and never refer, and that is fine. The referral part is optional, never required.
How does the Wake Up savings study work?
Wake Up Servicios is our distributor partner. They compare your current bills with the best rates on the market. If they find savings, they help you switch. If not, they tell you. No cost, no commitment.
How and when do you pay me for referring?
On success: when the person you referred signs with us. On our commission we pay you 15% on your first close, 20% on the second and 25% on the third and beyond. For rentals, where the margin is smaller, the person you referred gets a welcome gift instead of the percentage. You see it in your portal and we arrange payment. (Rewards may be subject to tax withholding depending on your situation.)
And the draws?
Members are automatically entered into occasional draws: local restaurant dinners, getaways, gifts. We announce by WhatsApp or email when there is one.
