How much does it cost to sell with you?

We work on success-fee basis: if we don’t sell, you don’t pay. The commission is agreed in writing before we start and only charged on signing at the notary. No monthly fees and no marketing surcharges.

Do I have to sign an exclusive?

It’s not compulsory, but we recommend it. With a single point of contact we coordinate the strategy, control who visits your home, and avoid your property appearing at different prices on multiple portals — which scares off serious buyers.

How long does it take to sell?

On the Costa Blanca, a well-prepared and correctly priced home sells in 3–6 months on average. If after 60 days qualified viewings haven’t happened, we review price and exposure together — straight talk, no excuses.

What if you don’t sell it?

You pay nothing. We release the listing whenever you decide and hand you a report on everything that was done: viewings, buyer profiles, feedback received and conclusions. That intel is valuable on its own.
